The Kitchen Garden is a wonderful new concept at the Hacienda Hotel where the fresh food and extraordinary ambience make it a unique experience on the cliff tops of Na Xamena hills with dramatic views down to the sea. The restaurant is open to the public for lunch or dinner perfectly set up to accommodate romantic couples and group meals.
One of the ¨It places¨ on the island with individual terraces located at different levels, so that each table has a spectacular panoramic sea view. The team have planted a wonderful selection of fruit and vegetables which they pick fresh each day to complement the delicious dishes they serve ensuring your taste buds are satisfied.
The dynamic team have named this concept “Fooding” a fusion of food & feeling - an innovative approach to gastronomy-awakening our desires and experimenting with new tastes and sensations. All this is accompanied by show-cooking, chill-out music and occasionally the hotel organises catwalks, DJ performances and live music – a true feast for the senses.
