The Establishment is located a few minutes stroll from the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, in the CBD, making it a prime location for business or leisure. With only 29 rooms, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and for those looking for a lively spot, The Establishment comes alive at the weekend with a choice of restaurants, bars and even its own nightclub, which Establishment guest have VIP access to.  The Establishment’s owners have also opened The Ivy (500m from the hotel) which is the latest night-time hotspot in Sydney. Despite all the lively options, the hotel is quiet and laid back - the gentle decor is a pleasure to return to.

Rooms
There are 3 room types at The Establishment: Studio rooms (7), Establishment rooms (20) and the top of the range duplex Penthouse Suites (2). The rooms come in two shades; dark or light. The dark style has dark wooden floors, dark textures, and darker coloured marble. The light colour scheme has light beige coloured carpets and light fabrics.

The rooms feature flat screen TV’s, Bose radio / CD, queen size beds (King size in the Penthouse), mushroom coloured walls with halogen lighting, providing  a tranquil surroundings to relax after a hard days sightseeing. There is a bath and separate shower in the bathroom and desk space in the main room.
