Grand Hotel Central is located on Via Laietana, right beside the gothic centre of Barcelona and a short walk from the boutiques and restaurants in El Borne. Opened in 2007, the hotel feels fresh and modern, with a beautiful traditional facade and brand newly designed rooms. Within 10 minutes walk are all the main central shopping and eating areas, so the location is one of the best available.

Rooms
All rooms are decorated to the same high standard including wooden floors, slate tiled designer bathrooms, mood lighting and flat screen TV’s. All rooms are well-proportioned and feel spacious.

The Central Rooms are quietest and are located to the rear of the hotel – these are best for light sleepers as Barcelona is a bustling city, late into the night.
Executive Rooms are larger and front facing
City Suites are larger still -  L-shaped and at the side/rear of the building with bath
The Loft Suites are front facing and have a bath, separate shower and ultra-large beds
