The Bale is located in the resort area of Nusa Dua, in the South of Bali, and is a few minutes chauffeur drive from the beach, which has a private area for the Bale guests. Nusa Dua is one of the most popular spots in Bali for upmarket hotels, although the evening nightlife is suited to quiet dining, rather than lively nightlife, which suits most guests who are looking for relaxation. Consider combining your stay with a hotel in Ubud (eg the Viceroy) if you also wish to discover the interior of Bale - it is approx. a 2 hour drive to Ubud from Nusa Dua.

The Bale has 2 restaurants – “Faces Restaurant” which features contemporary and Indonesian cuisine and “Bliss” located in the Spa, which offers light healthy options using organic produce. There is also 24 hour in-villa dining and for something special, request and private In-villa candle-lit dinner – your butler will decorate the villa garden and trees with hanging candles for a beautiful romantic evening.
