Mollies is located just over 5 mins by Taxi from the city centre, in a peaceful residential area overlooking Auckland harbour. The hotel has only 14 rooms, each with its own unique design and layout and when you enter Mollies, you are welcomed as one of the family. Enjoy a glass of champagne, while listening to the nightly opera in the lounge, or browse the extensive selection in the library – Mollies is a place to come and enjoy the good things in life – great food, excellent service, music and reading. If you want to have Auckland city centre right on your doorstep, then look elsewhere, but if you are looking for a boutique hotel experience, where the hotel is a destination in itself, then Mollies will not disappoint.

If you feel like exploring around Auckland, give the CBD a miss and take the short ferry ride over to Waiheke for the day and explore the beautiful “Wine island”. Cars are available for rent from the port and the island is easy to get around.

Dining
Breakfast is served until 10.30am and includes a cold buffet with meats, cheeses, fruit, cereal, pastries as well as a menu of cooked options.

Dinners are served by candlelight in the dining room restaurant, and the food and romantic atmosphere is definitely worth staying in for. For something special, try the Wagyu steak and ask your hosts to recommend a wine or ask for the wine matching service.
