New resort with 60 villas, in the North of the Maldives with activities & kids club
The Beach house is in the Northern most tip of the Maldives and accessed via a located a 1 hour local flight from Male international airport and 45 minutes speedboat ride. With only 60 rooms the resort feels relaxed, and has an excellent choice of food options including Asian cuisine at the over-water “Saffron” restaurant and meat and fish delicacies at “Medium Rare”. Children are also catered for with “Amazonia” pool, Turtle kids club and pizza options.
The villas are contemporary with wooden floors & the water villas feature large glass windows glass overlooking the Ocean. The bathrooms are all equipped with Jacuzzi baths – enjoy sunsets in the infinity pool or the bath for a blissful end to the day. Your butler can arrange activities and dining options for you and is always on hand to whisk you off to another part of the island, assuming you are feeling adventurous enough to leave the comfort of your villa.
There are 3 main room types:
Water Villas (146m2) – Spacious bedroom, living area & bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, outdoor shower, private sun deck & sun-loungers and infinity pool
Beach Villas (152m2) – Set on the sunrise side of the island, with direct beach access. Luxuriously appointed with outdoor bathrooms, Jacuzzi bath, daybed, private plunge pool & private cabana on the beach
Beach Suite ( 225m2) – Larger private pool, sun-loungers, daybed, open air bathrooms with Jacuzzi bath. Sunset facing, but no sea view due to natural island vegetation

The Northern location means arriving at the resort takes a little longer than resorts closer to Male, however the beach, restaurants and highly appointed villas are worth the journey.
