The interior is set over two floors, the ground floor comprising a large country kitchen, fully fitted and well equipped to cater for any party size and a spacious living area, comfortably furnished and cool. From here sliding French doors open onto the grand terrace from where splendid 180 degree views stretch over the whole of the Bay of Hyères, taking in the celebrated Porquerolles islands, to which boat trips are organised locally.
Two double bedrooms are located on this floor, both with private en suite facilities, as is a small office area. The lower ground floor has a further two bedrooms, both en suite, each of which are comfortably furnished to a high level.
Leading onto the swimming pool, a summer kitchen area is equipped with drinks fridges and American-style fridge-freezers, and beyond, a relaxed open space, overlooking the pool, has lounging sofas, a dining table and chairs and gym equipment.
Outdoors, a covered pool house overlooks the 12m swimming pool with electric cover and is surrounded by the well-tended, enclosed gardens comprising a mixture of lawn areas, planting and Mediterranean cork trees. The location is wonderfully calming, the tranquillity only broken by the sound of the waves on the nearby beach!
